FREEPORT — The South Freeport Congregational Church is sponsoring a barbecue dinner with music and an auction 6 to 10 p.m., Saturday, Oct 20.

The event features live bluegrass music and beverages served by Conundrum of Freeport and a barbecue dinner by Riverfront Barbeque and Grille of Augusta. Auctions will offer vacation retreats, an afternoon yacht cruise on Casco Bay, a handmade quilt, lunch on a Casco Bay island and more.

Tickets to the event, at 53 Depot St., are $20 in advance, $25 at the door. For more information, call 865-4012.
