PHIPPSBURG — Frank Alexander, 57, of Brooks Drive died Sunday, September 2, 2012 at his residence.

He was born in Bath on June 17, 1955, a son of Tom and Yvonne (Carroll) Alexander.

He attended Phippsburg Schools and was self employed as a carpenter. He enjoyed working with metal, woodworking and doing jigsaw and crossword puzzles.

He was predeceased by his mother , Yvonne Alexander in 1991, his father, Tom Alexander in 1977 and one brother, Stanley Alexander in 1967.

He is survived by two daughters, Brandi Headley and her husband Jason of Topsham and Amanda Hart and her husband Jason of Bowdoin, two brothers, Kevin Alexander and his wife Cheryl and John Alexander all of Phippsburg, one sister, Ada Hawkes and her husband Kevin of Bethel, three grandchildren, Caroline Headley, Isaac Headley and Wesley Hart, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2 to 4 PM on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at his brother Kevin’s home on 5 Lemont Way, Phippsburg. Memorial contributions may be made to Phippsburg Fire Dept, P.O. Box 83, Phippsburg, 04562.
