ALNA — Wiscasset, Waterville, & Farmington Railway, 97 Cross Road (Route 218), is hosting an old-fashioned ice cream social on Saturday, , on the 1-, 2-, and 3- p.m. trains.

Musical entertainment will be provided by local songwriter Jud Caswell for the special ice cream social trains. Regular trains will run at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon and 4 p.m. Regular tickets are $7 for adults; $6 for seniors and members; $4 for children younger than 12; and children under 3 are free. For ice cream social trains add $1 to each fare.
