Elizabeth was a communicant of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and she was an active volunteer at church evens. She also volunteered at the local soup kitchen and food bank. Elizabeth enjoyed playing cribbage, reading, sight seeing and following the Red Sox and especially the Celtics. She was an active member of the Bath Senior Citizens.
Elizabeth is survived by her four sons, Michael and his wife Laurel of Las Vegas, NV, Benjamin, Jr. “Chip” and his wife Jane of Phippsburg, Joseph and his wife SueAnn of TN, and Frank “Hank” of Bath; grandchil- dren, Ashlee, Mason, Samantha and Justin; brother, Charles Dingley of TX; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by parents; husband; sister, Lorna Hart; and brother, Frank Dingley, Jr.
Visiting hours will be held from 4-7pm Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at the David E. Desmond & Son Funeral Home, 638 High Street, Bath. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am, Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at All Saints Parish, St. Mary’s Church, 144 Lincoln Street, Bath. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Bath.
