HAMPSTEAD, NH — Cynthia Joan (Ricker) Waldron, passed away July 2, 2012 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House. She spent her final days surrounded by all who knew her and loved her best.
Cynthia, “Cindy” to her friends, was born in Harpswell, ME to a family of 16 children. She married Laurence “Larry” Selden Waldron on December 28, 1965, and together they raised their four children, and made their home in Hampstead. Cindy was beloved by family and friends for her caring heart, her lavish meals, irresistible desserts, and gifts of handmade quilts and crafts. Getting enough to eat in the Waldreon home was never a concern, and many a diet was launched after enjoying one of her famous pies, cakes or treats.
Cindy leaves behind her husband, Larry, four children, three remaining siblings, and many nieces, nephews, grand kids and great grand kids. She was the foundation of her family and the sorrow of her passing will remain with them for many years to come. God bless her and keep her, until we may all be reunited in his heavenly kingdom.
Plans for a memorial are ongoing, and all interested parties will be informed as soon as information becomes available.
