On May 29,1955, she married her sweetheart, Gerald Hobart. She was the mother of 5 children but was “Mom” to many more. She was a beautiful, loving, and generous woman who had many talents that included, sewing, cake decorating, painting, and many more. She was dearly loved and will be missed by her friends and family.
She was predeceased by her mother and father, her 2 brothers, Daniel and Norman, and by her 2 sons Scott Peter, and Wayne Paul.
She is survived by her 4 sisters; Gwendolyn Street, Sylvia Springer, Natalie Kuchta, and Joanna Moore. She is also survived by her husband of 57 years, her son, David and his wife, Ginger, her daughter-in-law, Holly, her daughter, Gerilyn Ancona and her husband, Troy, and her son, Greggory and his wife, Karen. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
The Memorial Service will be Sunday, July 15, at 2p.m., Shiloh Chapel in Durham, Maine. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Lisbon Falls Christian Academy Scholarship Fund, 555 Lisbon Street, P.O. Box 160, Lisbon Falls, ME 04252-0160.
