Wolfe’s Neck Woods State Park is offering free nature programs daily through Labor Day. The programs include nature walks and talks about wildlife. Programs last an hour and are suitable for all ages. Meet at the benches at the park’s second parking lot. Today’s program is about pine trees. Pemaquid paddlers / 9 a.m. in Damariscotta
The midcoast paddling troupe will be checking out the Damariscotta River this week. The put-in is at the Damariscotta Town Landing off the municipal parking lot in downtown Damariscotta. Participants must provide their own canoe or kayak and wear a life jacket. All trips are free. Paddle is held rain or shine. Call 677-6380.
