Born in Wilmington DE, May 30 1942 to William C Perkins Sr. and Estella B Perkins. A graduate of Brunswick High School class of 1960. He served in the USAF for 4 years and retiring from BIW.

He leaves his son Jeffrey Perkins and Crystal, 2 grandsons Jacob and Joshua Perkins from Bowdoinham. Sisters; Pat Reno of West Bath, Barbara Tremblay & Moe Tremblay of Brooksville Fl. Brother; William Perkins Jr. of Mt Airy NC.
