PORTLAND — According to a news release, the following Martin’s Point clinicians were recently awarded renewal of both their National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Diabetes and Heart Stroke Program recognitions:
— Portland Health Care Center: Matt Belcher, M.D.; Cathra Chappelle, M.D.; Patrick Connolly, M.D.; Douglas Couper, M.D.; Jennifer Hine, M.D.; Janet Pachta, M.D.; William Schirmer, M.D.
— Brunswick-Farley Road Health Care Center: John Johnstone, M.D.; Eric Lindsley, M.D.; Roy Nakamura, M.D.; Paul Taylor, M.D.
— Portsmouth Health Care Center: Stephan Lutz, M.D.; Elizabeth Remillong, M.D.; Cowan Stark, M.D.
In addition, three clinicians from the Martin’s Point Bangor Health Care Center also received their NCQA Heart Stroke recognition: Charles Burger, M.D.; Elizabeth Frederick, N.P.; and David Hallbert, M.D.
