Arthur H. Greenlaw, 84, passed away April 16, 2012, surrounded by his family, at a local hospital. Beatrice L. LaCount, 71, of Sanford, died April 16 in Scarborough. A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 28 at 11 a.m. at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St. in Springvale.

Ruth Idella Gavett McLeod, 85, of Waterboro and previously a longtime resident of Old Orchard Beach, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Friday morning, April 13, 2012 after a traffic crash in Hollis. A memorial service will be at the Springvale Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. The family, in lieu of flowers, requests just think of a happy memory with Grammie in it. Donations may be given to a special memorial fund at the Waterboro Fire Station for a granite bench in Grammie Ruth’s name for sitting on while waiting for the bean suppers. Mrs. McLeod attended the River Church of Tampa Bay, and had a passion for America to be saved. Also, in lieu of flowers, Mrs. McLeod and her family request that donations be made to The Great Awakening Crusade to Reach America by donating online at www.revival.com.
