BIDDEFORD ( AP) — Amtrak has identified the man who was struck and killed by the Downeaster train in Biddeford.

A spokeswoman says the victim was 40-year-old Sean Page of Biddeford. Page, who reportedly had no identification, was struck Monday while walking on the right of way.
