HARPSWELL — Ashley Morse and Colby Bailey wish to announce their engagement.

Morse is the daughter of Kathleen and Sheldon Morse Jr. of Harpswell, while Bailey is the son of Jane Bailey of Brunswick and the late Lawrence Bailey Jr.

A September wedding is planned.
