BRUNSWICK — After meeting in executive session at 6:15 p.m. today to discuss proposed tax increment financing district agreements with the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority (MRRA), the Brunswick Town Council is scheduled to meet in regular session at 7 p.m. today in the town council chambers at Brunswick Station, 16 Station Ave.

Following the pledge of allegiance, roll call, a period reserved for public comment, correspondence and adjustments to the agenda, the council will address the following items:

— Council committee updates.

— A report from Bowdoin College President Barry Mills regarding the college.

— A report from the Brunswick Downtown Association.

— A request from the Brunswick Police Department for permission to apply for a $2,000 2012 Seat Belt Enforcement Grant from the Bureau of Highway Safety.

— A request from the Brunswick Police Department for permission to apply for a $5,000 2012 Speed Enforcement Campaign Grant from the Bureau of Highway Safety.

— Announcement of the town’s annual Spring Clean Up, to be held from Tuesday, April 24 through Saturday, May 5.

— Discussion of a proposed municipal budget schedule.

— A public hearing on an application for an alcoholic beverage license from Hung Alan Hoang, doing business as Lemongrass LLC, 212E Maine St.

— A public hearing on an application for a special amusement licenses from Jennifer Lewis, doing business as Benchwarmers Sports Pub, 212 Maine St.

— A public hearing on amendments to the zoning ordinance for the 10 Mason St. property, changing it from TR2 to TC1.

— Discussion of revisions to the Municipal Code of Ordinances, Chapter 17 Weapons.

— A request for a sellers of prepared food on public ways permit for outdoor seating and alcohol sales within the seating area for AKI Japanese Cuisine at 94 Maine St.

— Consideration of appointments to town boards and committees.
