GEORGETOWN — Hallie Tristan Brown and Nolan Paul Johnston of Georgetown wish to announce their engagement.

Brown, daughter of Cheryl and Randy Kaplan of Wiscasset, and Ronda and Michael Brown of Topsham, is a graduate of Wiscasset High School. She is currently employed at Byrne’s Irish Pub.

Johnston, son of Christine and Peter Johnston, is a graduate of Open door Christian Academy and he is currently self-employed.

Their wedding is planned for Aug. 24, 2012, at Five Islands Baptist Church.
