BATH — Habitat for Humanity/7 Rivers Maine’s second free home efficiency workshop runs from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at 108 Centre St.

“As in the first workshop in February, topics will include enhancing your building’s thermal envelope, troubleshooting your home’s efficiency problems and navigating the world of do-it-yourself tasks and when to hire a contractor,” a Habitat release states. “ Participants may bring photos of their homes suggest problems that they would like to discuss with presenters.”

Participants can take photos of leaky doorways, inferior or damaged insulation, uninsulated spaces, troublesome cold spots and most or moisture issues with descriptions of the problems.

Ernie Horan of R.W. Chamberlain Inc., and Ryan Collins of Habitat’s staff will lead the workshop. Horan is a local contractor who holds certification as an energy auditor and home efficiency rater.
