BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick School Board will meet today at 6 p.m. at Brunswick Station as part of a series of public budget workshops to work toward closing a nearly $3 million budget gap.
On Monday, Town Manager Gary Brown announced that an additional $350,000 would be available to schools to help offset steep losses from state and federal sources that the schools will experience for 2012-13.
Tonight’s School Board workshop — in a series focusing on individual district programs — will focus on K- 8 instruction.
