WITH A FRESH LOAD OF STEEL delivered Wednesday afternoon, construction of Mölnlycke Health Care’s 79,000- square-foot research and production facility at Brunswick Landing continues to move forward with an anticipated opening date of February 2013. Jim Detert, site director of Wiscasset-based Rynel, a subsidiary of Mölnlycke, said in January that the Swedish-based company plans to hire approximately 80 employees when the $14.2 million building is complete.
