TOPSHAM — A Board of Appeals meeting that had been rescheduled for March 19, has now been postponed a second time to April 2.

Pejepscot Industrial Park Inc. and Grimmel Industries are appealing the decision of the town’s code enforcement officer that Pejepscot Industrial Park Inc. is in violation of a site plan approval issued by the town on Aug. 14, 1992.

Board of Appeals meetings start at 7 p.m.
