BATH — The following cases closed in Sagadahoc County Superior Court between July 1 and Dec. 31, 2011.

Eliot Boyce, 41, of Warren, April 16, 2011, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed due to insufficient evidence; in separate incident April 21, 2011, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.

Patricia A. Brennan, 57, of Brunswick, April 18, 2011, driving to endanger, failing to stop for officer, both counts dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
