FREEPORT — A 49-year-old man was charged last week with possession of nine oxycodone pills during a traffic stop on Main Street.
Timothy Scott O’Hara, of Freeport, was charged with possession of a scheduled drug and operating under the influence, though Freeport Police Lt. Susan Nourse said that results of a drug recognition test are still pending.
Nourse said a field sobriety test determined that O’Hara was not under the influence of alcohol.
