Actress and screenwriter Jennifer Nichole Porter and director Dana Packard, seen last week at the Saco River Grange Hall in Buxton, have completed work on a new feature film, “40 West,” which will make its Maine premiere at the Nickelodeon Cinemas in Portland on Jan. 19.
