WEST BATH — David and Elaine Plummer of West Bath, Mary Green of Richmond and Neal Anderson of Seminole, Fla., are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Dustin Plummer and Mary Charlotte Anderson of Indian Shores, Fla.

Anderson is a 2004 graduate of Richmond High School and 2011 graduate of the University of Maine, Augusta, with an associate’s degree in liberal arts. She is currently completing a dental assistant externship at the Veterans Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Plummer is a 2003 graduate of Morse High School. He is employed at Don’s Dock Marina in Madeira Beach, Fla.

A wedding is planned for July 27, 2013, in Bath.
