DAMARISCOTTA — The Tapestry Singers will perform during a Lunch and Learn program at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center, 521 Main St.

The Tapestry Singers, a group of 35 local vocalists, perform under the direction of Sandy Falconer. Sean Fleming is the group’s accompanist.

Santa will be at the Center between 11 a. m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday. For a $4 donation to Lincoln County’s Meals on Wheels program, Santa will pose for a photo.

Those who attend are invited to wear their “most elegant, craziest or tackiest holiday, tie, hat, shirt, sweater, skirt or …, a release from the center states. A prize will be given to the person whose outfit captures the essence of the holiday season.

The event also will provide visitors an opportunity to share holiday stories, poems or songs with other luncheon guests.

Advanced luncheon reservations are required. Call 563- 1363 by noon Monday to make reservations for the center’s Christmas luncheon featuring roast beef. The suggested donation is $4 per person for luncheon guests who are disabled or older than 60. All others the cost is $6.
