Holly D. Chamberlain, 36, of 9 Mill St., Oct. 18, 7:06 p.m., charged on an Augusta Police Department warrant for failure to appear in court for an operating after suspension charge; summonsed for permitting unaccompanied person under the age of 16 to operate an all-terrain vehicle, on Mill Street.
