BRUNSWICK — In addition to postponing a vote on a disposition plan for former military housing and scheduling a Dec. 5 public hearing on a proposed ban on consumer fireworks, the Brunswick Town Council on Monday:

— Heard a financial update from Town Manager Gary Brown, reporting revenues at $26,200 ahead of expectations.

— Heard council committee updates.

— Approved by unanimous vote a liquor license for 1827 LLC, represented by Kevin Savage and doing business as the Captain Daniel Stone Inn, 10 Water St.

— Approved by unanimous vote a liquor license for Len’s Fish and Chips, represented by Leonard Brancato III, 17 Bow St.

— Set a Dec. 5 public hearing on a special amusement license for AKI Inc., represented by Tina Cigri, Laura Cigri, Valamy Ly, and Bihuoy Liu, 94 Maine St.

— Approved by unanimous vote a special amusement license for Bowl New England Inc., represented by David Frye and doing business as Spare Time, 276 Bath Road.

— Amended the budget by unanimous vote to include a $47,000 expense to fund the purchase of a tractor for the Parks and Recreation Department from Chad Little Equipment.

— Approved by unanimous vote a request to have the Planning Board review the town’s sign ordinance to increase the allowable number of Maine Department of Transportation signs from two to three or four.

— Approved by unanimous vote the town’s acceptance of a fire hydrant located on the property of the Harriet Beecher Stowe School.

— Approved by unanimous vote the appointment of David Flaherty to the town’s Master Plan Implementation Committee.

— Set a special Town Council meeting to convene in executive session on Thursday, Dec. 1, to discuss proposed tax-increment financing districts at Brunswick Landing and the Brunswick Executive Airport.
