BRUNSWICK — Martin Blasco, financial literacy librarian at Curtis Memorial Library, will lead a free program titled “Personal Finance and Investing: Doing Your Own Research” at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the library’s Morrell Meeting Room.
“ Learn how to save time and money by doing your own research in the areas of personal finance and investing,” a release from the library states. Blasco will answer questions such as: Where can I find out about financing my child’s college? What are my retirement savings options? What are the best loan rates or highest bank account interest rates in my area? How can I decide what to invest in?
This program is open to all. Refreshments will be served.
