PORTLAND — CashStar, a Portland-based company offering online services for purchasing digital gift cards, has just added six new clients.

Before, CashStar provided digital gift cards from chains such as Best Buy, Old Navy and Macaroni Grill.

Now that list includes BJ’s Restaurants, Domino’s Pizza, Not Your Average Joe’s, Oceanaire Seafood Room, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Pizza Hut.

CashStar has more than 100 restaurant and retail clients.

The online platform provided by CashStar appeals to restaurants because it gives customers convenient ways to purchase digital gift cards.
