An early-morning crash in Naples at the intersection of Routes 11 and 302 resulted in a fire and the arrest of one driver for OUI.

A Subaru station wagon traveling on Route 11 struck a Jeep Wrangler headed toward Portland on 302 at about 1:20 a.m. The Subaru subsequently caught fire and volunteers from the Naples Fire Department put out the blaze with three extinguishers.

The drivers of the vehicles engaged in a verbal altercation and one was arrested for OUI, according to a dispatcher.
