Former Maine journalist Harrison Thorp will be speaking and signing copies of his new novel “Freak the News: Journalistic High Jinks in a Small Maine Town.” The book is a fictionalized account of a small southern Maine newspaper where the forces of greed and power slant executive decision-making.
