CHARLIE FARREN emerged onto the national music scene in the early ’80s as lead singer and guitarist with The Joe Perry Project.
In 1986, along with Dave Hull and John “Muzz” Muzzy, Farren formed Farrenheit, releasing singles “Fool in Love,” “Bad Habit” and “Lost in Loveland.”
Grammy-nominated John Butcher is the founder of Jon Butcher Axis with MTV videos “Life Takes A Life,” “Wishes,” “Holy War” and “Goodbye Saving Grace” to his credit.
He created Electric Factory Music in 2002 and since has provided film score, soundtrack and music licensing for shows like “The Simpsons” (Fox), “The Sopranos” (HBO), “Ugly Betty” (ABC) and more.
The pair, now billed as Farren Butcher Inc., plays at 8 p.m. Saturday at One Longfellow Square. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
