BIDDEFORD – A robber stole an undisclosed amount of drugs from the Rite-Aid pharmacy on Alfred Street late this morning.

Biddeford police said a man – described as white, between 6-foot and 6-foot, 3-inches tall,, weighing 160 to 180 pounds and last seen wearing a green hoodie – entered the store about 15 minutes before noon.

He went to the pharmacy area, where he showed clerks a weapon, but police are not disclosing the type of weapon other than to say it was not a firearm. He demanded drugs and then ran from the store.

Police asked that anyone with information on the crime call them at 282-5127.
