ROCKLAND
Festival ticket sales benefit midcoast interfaith outreach
The Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival, held in January at Rockland Congregational Church, has donated $550 from ticket sales to Area Interfaith Outreach, a food pantry and assistance agency in the midcoast area.
The gift will be added to the building expansion fund for AIO at 70 Thomaston St. in Rockland. Ten area faith communities support the agency.
The Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival is an annual community celebration that combines a medieval revel and nativity pageant.
