The Scarborough Athletic Council will be hosting a family-friendly comedy show fundraiser on Friday, April 30 at 7 p.m. at the Scarborough High School auditorium to raise money for athletic scholarships.
Local businesses and residents are being contacted in an effort to spark enthusiasm and support for this important cause. This year’s comedy show features Randy Judkins and the Maine Hysterical Society.
The annual comedy show and high school basketball game concessions are the major fundraisers for funding athletic scholarships for graduating seniors. All contributors will receive an official receipt and tickets to the show. Tickets will also be available at the door for a suggested $10 donation. Doors open at 6 p.m.
The Scarborough Athletic Council is a volunteer parent group at Scarborough High School that supports all high school sports by providing athletic scholarships to graduating seniors and helps fulfill general needs of the high school athletic department.
