After a 30-hour search Sanford Deputy Police Chief Craig Sanford and Police Chief Thomas Connolly talked to reporters Tuesday about the safe recovery of Hailey Traynham, 2, by a hunter in Milton, N.H. The girl has been reunited with her mother. Her father is incarcerated at Strafford County Jail in Dover, N.H., charged as a fugitive from justice.
