Summonses
10/7 at 12:29 p.m. James A. Goodwin, 23, of Rangeley, was summonsed on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days.
Bail out
10/6 at 5:22 p.m. A boat owner called police to ask for assistance as their boat was sinking off Cousins Island. Marine Patrol Michael Peacock helped to get the boat to land, bail it out and put in a new plug.
Gas and go
10/6 at 7:17 p.m. A yellow car with no license plates stopped for gas at Irving on Route 1 and got $20 in gas before reportedly driving away. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
Strange character?
10/9 at 11:12 a.m. A resident of Lafayette Street called police to notify them of a suspicious person in the parking lot of Lower Falls Landing. The person was identified as wearing blue pants, a tan shirt and acting strangely. Police did not locate the man.

10/11 at 5:43 a.m. Information, Vaill Point Road.
