4/15 At about 6:30 p.m., Officer Kevin Kennedy, who was headed westbound on Scott Dyer Road, was flagged down by three eastbound motorists who reported a small child without shoes running down the middle of Scott Dyer Road. Officer Kennedy located the child, identified the home, and contacted a parent.
