The Buxton Planning Board will hear public comment about a proposed home day care at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 23, at town hall.
Robin Martin, 142 Depot St., is seeking permission to operate a child care at home for 12 children.
In other action, the board set two site walks on Sunday, Feb. 15, for conditional use permits.
At 8 a.m., the board will see the property at 68 Cemetery Road, where Jill and Gregory Roy are asking to keep two horses on the 1.8-acre lot, which has an existing barn.
Gregory Roy told the board the couple has sold their home in Raymond and has a contract to purchase the property in Buxton.
Following that review, the board will visit 314 Line Road at 8:30 a.m. Pam and Shawn Randall of Westbrook are seeking permission to keep a horse and 4-H animals on 3.1 acres.
