Scarborough’s Jake Rutt (22) watches one of his five goals get past the Cheverus defense during the first period of Scarborough’s 11-1 rout of the Stags at the Portland Ice Arena last Saturday. Rutt picked up a first-period hat trick in less than four minutes in the first period and added two more goals and two assists to lead the Storm to the win. The victory moved Scarborough to 7-5 on the season and they sit at No. 9 in the latest Heal Point standings.
