The Planning Board will vote Tuesday on changes to regulations for signs, like these, in downtown Westbrook. The city’s planning department says the proposed changes are intended to help create a “more pedestrian oriented setting with a greater mix of uses to boost the overall success of downtown Westbrook.” The Planning Board’s vote Tuesday on a recommendation to the City Council will follow a public hearing at 7 p.m. in Room 114 at Westbrook High School.
