The Windham wrestling team is 5-2 after defeating Portland and Scarborough on Saturday at home. The Eagles topped Scarborough, 48-23, and upended Portland, 52-18.
Last Thursday, Windham put up a strong showing before falling to Marshwood, 36-30. The Eagles won five of the nine matches that were contested, but gave up 12 forfeit points, as the Hawks escaped with the win at Windham.
Windham travels to Kennebunk on Saturday for a meet against Kennebunk, Portland, Thornton Academy and Biddeford. On Monday and Tuesday, the Eagles will participate in the Noble Invitational with 64 other teams from all over New England.
