The Westbrook Police Department roster climbed to 38 last week with the swearing-in of two new officers. Timothy Morrell is a 14-year veteran of the Auburn Police Department, and Sandy Mailman joins Westbrook most recently from the University of Southern Maine police and before that, the Scarborough Police Department.
