Former Scarborough High School standout Katie Schwarz was recently honored by the North Atlantic Conference.

The senior back on the University of Maine at Farmington women’s soccer team was named to the All-NAC second team. A four-year starter in the backfield, Schwarz anchored the Beavers’ defense, which allowed five goals in seven NAC regular-season contests.
