Ross shot:

Scarborough’s Brittany Ross fires a shot past Skowhegan goalie Megan Hancock during the second overtime of Saturday’s Class A state championship field hockey game. Ross’ shot was stopped just in front of the goal by a Skowhegan defender. The save led to a breakaway that allowed Skowhegan to score the game-winning goal.
