Lakes Region residents will have the chance for a quick ounce of prevention as Bridgton Hospital sponsors its Drive-Thru flu shot clinic for adults Saturday, Oct. 25

The annual event, this year running from 8 a.m. – noon at the main entrance of the hospital, is coordinated by registered nurse Elaine Drew, who is assisted by volunteer nursing staff from the hospital.

The flu shots cost $15 and there is no insurance accepted. Adults needing a flu shot can drive up to the main entrance, complete a brief release form, be given a you your flu shot for 2008. Payment is by cash or checks only and receipts are available.
