Westbrook police and the Southern Maine Violent Crimes Task Force arrested a fugitive, on the run since November 2007, on Rochester Street Tuesday.

According to authorities, Jesse Mahlon Robbins, 20, was wanted on charges of felony possession of scheduled drugs, assault and operating after revocation.

Police say they have been tracking him to Virginia and back during the past 10 months.
