Two new Westbrook police officers were sworn in Friday, bringing the Westbrook Police Department up to full staff, after the recent retirements of several officers. Bill Dries, above, was sworn in by Police Chief Bill Baker. He joined the department after a year as an officer in Enfield, Conn. Gus Rodriguez, left, transferred from Chula Vista, Calif.
