Reese McFarlane, 11, of Cape Elizabeth, recently won the 12- and-under division of the Maine Junior Golf Championship for the second straight year. The championship, held at Vala Hala in Cumberland, is a three-day tournament for golfers throughout the state, 18 years old and under. On the final day of competition, Reese, a left-hander, had two birdies and was only four over when the final match ended on the 13th hole.
