This year at the Dorcas Society Annual Fair and Lawn Party, there will be crafts, a community raffle, baked goods, candy, flowers, attic treasures, a pie-making contest, snow cones and articles for sale.

The event is on Saturday, July 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will be located at Route 202 and 112 on Tory Hill Corner in Bar Mills.

The Royal Irish Artillery Civil War Encampment will open the fair at 9 a.m. at Helen Bruce Park. There will be a luncheon under the tent from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and living history demonstrations throughout the day.
