Carmen Baldwin shows the decorations Tuesday to neighbor David Lozier, who said, “It’s different.” Baldwin said she’d pay the $25 price to the group to take the flock to another lawn. “This was so entertaining,” Baldwin said, although she and husband Bruce called police when they heard a car door slam and voices outside at 9:30 p.m.
