On March 3, at around 3 p.m., an employee at Kohl’s reported that a former employee placed sneakers worth $73 in a clearance box that was priced at $23.

On March 5, at around 12:15 p.m., three people were reportedly drinking at a bus stop near Shaw’s on Main Street.
